My name is Jessica Baltazar
I have been a licensed Realtor® since 2015. I am proud to be with Jamison Company Real Estate and to work side by side with my mother, Beth Jamison, every day. To us, this is a family affair and we strive to make every client feel as if they are part of our family too.
I grew up in a service orientated family. My grandfather, Bob Jamison, was Colonel in the Air Guard and later went on to become a city commissioner. My grandmother was a nurse with the VA for 27years. Out of my 7 uncles, 5 served in the armed forces. They ranged from infantry to pilots and enlisted to a Brigadier General.
My father, Greg Jamison was one of the 2 unable to join the military (he is deaf in one ear). Instead, he applied his talents to being a civil servant. He served on the Sioux Falls city council for 8 years and now serves as a legislator with the South Dakota State House of Representatives. My brother, Daniel Jamison, joined the Air Guard and is now a C-17 pilot and married one of Sioux Falls' own F-16 pilots, Shanon Jamison.
To say that service runs thick in my blood is an understatement. I don't think anyone was surprised when I fell in love with a former Navy sailor who went on to be a Police Officer, Ryan Baltazar. Together we have 2 beautiful young children who keep us running, constantly.
I have been trying to find ways to say "Thank You" to the service workers in my life but it has never felt like enough. After the Sioux Falls Mall protest in 2020, I realized my "Thank You" wasn't going far enough. Since then, I have experimented with a few different appreciation programs but my goal has been to provide a valuable and tangible gift to these servants- and their families! When I learned of American Frontline Rewards, I knew this would be a good fit. I just couldn't afford a $1,000 gift for each person, but splitting that with Fairway Mortgage is doable! We are working hard to include additional community members to make the biggest impact possible. It warms my heart to know that I am helping to make homeownership more achievable while providing a true "Thank You".
